SpringCon 2025 — Thank You & Highlights

What an incredible weekend! SpringCon 2025 has now wrapped up, and we couldn’t be more thrilled by how things turned out. A heartfelt thank you to

everyone who came, played, bought, taught, shared, and volunteered — you made this convention something truly special.

Convention Recap & Highlights

Over the two days (4–5 October 2025), our corner of Goodna State School was transformed into a tabletop playground. Here are just a few standout moments:

  • The Board Game Zone, hosted by Ipswich Board Game Club, was buzzing with demos, open play, and discovery.

  • Our Tabletop Expo Zone was packed with local creators and hobby shops — including Ausdice, Valley Miniature Gaming, Delta Phase Games, Traders Galaxy, Yasashii Kyojin Studio, Haunts N Dice, The Warriors Den, Meta Magic Games, Dragon Fire Resin, Cardboard Monster, VarCo Game Tables, demo games and more. Thanks to all the traders and volunteers who created fun engaging times for others.

  • Brisbane Social RPG coordinated theRPG tables and ran continuously, with new and returning players jumping into exciting adventures.

  • Wargaming tournaments, miniatures painting stations, Bring & Buy, and open gaming areas helped make sure there was something for everyone throughout the weekend.

  • Food trucks and refreshments kept everyone fuelled, and the vibe was warm, friendly, and inclusive the whole time.

We expanded to two days this year (whereas previous years had been just one), and it’s safe to say the extra day allowed us to stretch the fun and include more events.
