SpringCon 22

Welcome to Springfield Gamers 2nd convention: SpringCon '22!   We will be hosting competitions, events, demo games, painting, tournaments and chess in our all inclusive event and raising money for Beyond Blue in support of mental health

Activities for all! We are focussing on 3 areas: community, competition, commerce.  Community will focus on bringing people together to share this amazing hobby. Competition - to be the best and our commerce space is for the traders to show their appreciation.

SpringCon '22 will be gold coin donation entry (donations to Beyond Blue).  Individual ticketed events are detailed below with links in blue, please click.

Parking: Parking is on Stanley Street, free all day long. Drop-off zone along the sports hall allowing gear to be taken in 0830-0930am.

Toilets: Toilets options: male, female and disabled

Catering: Food and coffee vans/tents/trucks will be onsite and available from 0930.

Young 'uns: All under 18's must be with a responsible adult. No responsability will be taken and Springfield Gamers will not be resonsible for their safety or behaviour

Covid: Springfield Gamers will do everything possible to keep the event covid safe, we will:

• Provide face masks
• space between tables
• limit people within the hall

and we expect our patrons to be responsabily for their own and others health:

• Do not attend if at all unwell
• Wear face masks if possible
• Respect people's personal space
• Use good hygiene: Wash hands regularly, cover mouth when coughing or sneezing, be clean and tidy.

Cancellation Policy: If SpringCon 22 gets cancelled all ticket costs will be returned. EventBrite may still charge an admin fee.
